Susan Dangel ’69 is an award-winning television and film producer who has brought her talents to a variety of institutions, including PBS and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. She is a frequent collaborator of John Williams, one of the most celebrated composers in American history.

Allie Balter-Kennedy '10
Dr. Allie Balter-Kennedy ’10 is a postdoctoral scholar at Columbia’s Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, and conducts research around the globe to address ice sheet stability and subglacial erosion. In the summer of 2023, Balter-Kennedy became one of the first scientists in the world to collect bedrock samples from underneath Greenland’s Ice Sheet.

A member of the 1976 and 1980 Olympic rowing teams, Elizabeth O’Leary ’72 coached women’s heavyweight rowing at Harvard for 37 years, leading her team to the NCAA Championships 18 times and capturing the national title in 2003.

On March 9, students, faculty and staff signed their names on one of three steel beams that will be part of the new Classroom Building.
